When you choose my services, we start with a setup package to get everything in place. We’ll have a meeting where we discuss your goals, understand who your clients are, and decide what kind of content will work best for them.


We’ll also cover any technical details, like whether you need me to log into your website and post the content each month. After our meeting, I’ll give you a content plan with my suggestions for topics and ideas.


Once we’ve got everything sorted, your monthly package will begin. You can choose from:

  • Newsletters + Blog Posts: Includes newsletters plus a blog post each month.
  • Top-Tier Package: Newsletters, blog posts, and social media management for a complete marketing solution.

  • The setup package is a one-off fee that covers everything needed to get started as a client. This includes a 45-minute virtual meeting to discuss your goals and preferences, and a content plan for the next three months. This fee ensures that all your details are properly set up in my system and that we have a clear strategy moving forward.


    Price - $150

  • I am able to send out the newsletter if you have a functioning email newsletter system and the appropriate quota for these communications. If not, it will be your responsibility to distribute the newsletter. Please note that any costs associated with the email system are not included in my services.

  • No, I do not handle responses to client enquiries. All replies to the email communications should be forwarded to and managed by your admin team.

  • Each newsletter will feature:

    • Recent updates on accounting, tax, and the economy
    • News about your firm
    • Important upcoming tax due dates
    • Featured articles and blog posts


  • Yes, I welcome any additional content you’d like to include. However, please note that I will not be responsible for expanding or writing paragraphs based on your ideas. Any personalised content or specific messages should be provided to me in their final form, as you wish them to be promoted. This ensures that the content is exactly as you envision it and avoids any miscommunication.

  • If you have a specific topic in mind for the monthly blog post, please share it with me in advance. If not, I will write a blog post on an accounting-related topic that fits within my content strategy.
